Sheremetev Castle is located on the banks of the Volga, in the village of Yurino, Republic of Mari El. Many people call the castle the pearl of the Volga region. Neo-Gothic, Gothic, Old Russian, Romanesque, Baroque - all seemingly incongruous styles are collected in the Sheremetev castle. Surrounded by a brick fortress wall, part of which is decorated with volcanic tuff, it looks like a medieval one and attracts tourists with its peculiar beauty.

Pushkin Card
Sheremetyevo Castle can be visited by paying for a ticket with a Pushkin card. It became the 19th cultural object that joined the new program in the Republic of Mari El.
Young people from 14 to 22 years old can apply for a Pushkin card through the application "Public Services.Culture". In 2021, 3,000 rubles will be credited to the card for visiting museums, theaters and concert halls.
From January 1, 2022, cardholders will receive 5,000 rubles for cultural leisure.
